OUR SERVICES
How can I help?
Are you looking for a counselor to help you or a loved one? Do you feel overwhelmed or unhappy? Do you wake up every day feeling defeated? Do you or a loved one struggle with an issue and are ready to ask for professional help? Are you a little intimidated and unsure of how to ask for assistance?
Regardless of your past experiences, I strive to make asking for help easier by welcoming you into my warm and cozy office located in the medical district of Fort Worth - which means no uncomfortable doctors offices or waiting rooms full of people you don't know.
Clients who come to see me often struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, life transitions, family issues, parenting issues or they may just want to be better versions of themselves.
I am extremely open-minded which helps my clients feel comfortable telling me what is troubling them without being judged or labeled. I want my clients to always know that there is hope and that they don't have to keep struggling. If you are seeking to make a change and want to enjoy life again, contact me to get started.

MY APPROACH
My greatest strength is that I am client-centered, open-minded and non-judgmental. I realize that telling me your personal struggles can be very difficult and frightening.
As a Solution-Focused therapist, I strive to make my clients feel comfortable by partnering with them to recognize their unique strengths and goals. I am an active participant in the therapeutic process, always working with clients to achieve their personal goals.
Each therapy session is customized to fit the needs of my clients - I have a client-centered approach. For example, in a child or teen session, toys and games may be used to help facilitate an open discussion, while in an adult session a variety of therapy modalities may be used such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help clients process their thoughts. I provide a supportive and safe atmosphere where you can explore, reflect, plan and heal in a way that fits you best.
I am trained in a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) & Cognitive Behavior Therapy to provide counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
